FLHHotels®, which will provide you, the user, with the requested service. Our identification and contact details are available on the website you used to make your reservation / to send us your inquiries. They will also appear on the invoice we send you.
User:
You, who completed the reservation form or any other related documentation.
Purpose:
The purpose of processing the data provided through this form is to manage the reservations made by you, the user, and/or to respond to the questions/requests you raised.
Legal basis:
The necessity to comply with our contract with you, the user / the necessity to take measures at your request prior to entering into a contract.
Or your consent, as the user, by ticking the acceptance box of the Terms and Conditions of which this Privacy and Data Protection Policy is an integral part.
Duration:
We will retain the data provided by you, the user, for the time necessary to manage the reservation you made, as well as the accommodation services you requested. After the date of your stay, we will keep your data for internal data management. By accepting this, you are giving us your consent to receive marketing and/or commercial information. Your data will be kept until you withdraw your consent.

If you, the user, provide us with personal data concerning a data subject other than yourself, you are responsible for such acts, as well as for obtaining the respective consent from such data subjects for the provision of their data.
